Quick Send is best suited for sending quick updates or alerts.
You can send messages to a maximum of 100 recipients at a time using this option.
This feature does not support Template Tags or advanced automation.
✅ When to Use
Sending urgent messages to a small list of contacts.
Testing message delivery or gateway performance.
Sending one-time messages without using the Campaign Builder.
🚫 Not Recommended For
Bulk messaging beyond 100 contacts.
Messages that require Personalization using tags.
Scheduled or recurring SMS campaigns.
Campaign Builder
📢 Campaign Builder – Bulk Messaging Made Easy
The Campaign Builder is one of the most powerful features in Red Dawn SMS Site. It allows you to send bulk promotional or custom messages with advanced control and automation.
⚙️ How It Works
Start by entering a Campaign Name for easy tracking.
Select multiple Phone Numbers as the originator — they will rotate automatically during the campaign to manage sending limits.
Alternatively, use your Brand Name or any custom identity as the Sender ID, depending on your SMS gateway’s support.
When you choose a Contact Group, available Tags related to that group will automatically appear for use in your message.
You can use your existing SMS Templates or write a custom message using Tags from the dropdown to personalize content.
SpinText support allows you to randomize message content for better delivery and engagement.
Schedule campaigns using your preferred Timezone for future delivery.
You can choose to send the campaign to your Email, or save it as a Template for future use.
🔁 Recurring Campaigns
Set up recurring campaigns with Daily, Monthly, Yearly, or Custom frequency.
You can Pause or Stop a recurring campaign at any time.
Define an End Date to automatically stop the recurring campaign.
📊 Tracking & Statistics
Monitor performance through the Campaign Overview section, which shows Statistics and History of each campaign.
